Enjoyed a very successful rookie season, posting team bests with a 20-6 win/loss record, 155 strikeouts and a 1.47 ERA...Became first pitcher in NSU softball history since 1999 to win 20 games in a single-season...Named to the Daktronics All-South Region Second Team, becoming the first pitcher in NCAA program history to earn all-region honors...Ranked as the 18th-toughest pitcher to hit in Division II, allowing just 4.32 hits per seven innings while holding opponents to a .176 batting average...Also led NSU with 20 complete games in 26 starts to go along with 13 shutouts, including four no-hitters, one of which was combined...Named SSC Pitcher of the Week for the week ending April 13 after compiling a 3-0 record with a perfect 0.00 ERA in 19 innings of work while striking out 33. Opponents only hit .095 off of her during the week...Threw a complete game, three-hit shutout, fanning 12 batters in NSU's 8-0 win over Northwood (4/9/08)...Threw a complete game, six-hit shutout against then top-ranked Barry, becoming the only SSC pitcher to shutout the Bucs in 2008 (4/20/08).
