Cliff Terracuso

Assistant Coach

Cliff Terracuso Cliff Terracuso joined the Nova Southeastern University baseball staff in July 2008.

He comes to NSU after serving as the recruiting coordinator at Palm Beach Community College for the past two years. While at PBCC, he worked with infielders and hitters and saw nine players taken in the MLB draft.

Prior to his stint at PBCC, Terracuso was the recruiting coordinator and head assistant baseball coach at Lipscomb University for three years. While at Lipscomb Terracuso also served as the defensive instructor for all position players and was instrumental in placing 28 Lipscomb players in wooden bat leagues throughout the country.

In 1999, Terracuso served as head baseball coach of Lake Worth Christian High School in Lantana, Florida where he led his team to the final four of the Florida High School Activities Association Class 1A state championship tournament.

Terracuso held the position of recruiting coordinator and assistant baseball coach at St. Catherine College in Springfield, Kentucky in 2002 after serving as recruiting coordinator and assistant baseball coach at Palm Beach Atlantic University for the previous two seasons.

In addition, Terracuso has served as the assistant baseball coach of the Sanford Mainers of the New England Collegiate Baseball League, head baseball coach and general manager of the Nashville Stingers of the Sandlott Woodbat League and the Hitting Instructor and Defensive Coach of the Hyannis Mets of the Cape Cod Baseball League.

Terracuso was a member of the Brazil National Olympic team (1995-1996), Most Valuable Player of the St. Petersburg Junior College Baseball team (1995-1997), and two time captain of the Palm Beach Atlantic University Baseball team (1997-1999).

A graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University, he received his bachelor's degree in Communications in May of 1998.

He lives with his wife Jessica and daughter Joelle. They are expecting Samantha Marie in November 2008.
