Eric Naples

Eric NaplesEric Naples has been an exemplary member of the men’s soccer program for the last three years.  He is always willing to put the team before himself and is a real gentleman. He was named to the CoSida ESPN Magazine Academic All District III College Division Men’s Soccer Second team in 2005.

Off the field, he is actively involved on the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) and he also participates in the Student Government Association.  He was instrumental in the creation of the NSU Finatics during this year’s basketball games.

Cheyenne Poskey

Cheyenne PoskeyCheyenne Poskey from the women’s rowing team is the coxswain for the Varsity 8 boat, which is sometimes not a position to envy. When the boat is successful, many look at the rowers who did the physical work. When the boat has a bad race, the coxswain is frequently blamed. She has accepted this responsibility and from day one she has given her all. Her record on the water speaks for itself, with a variety of victories, including a first place finish at the SSC Championships and a fifth and second place finish at the NCAA Championship, ahead of defending national champion, Mercyhurst College.

In addition to her success on the water, she is also the president of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC), vice president of ODK which is a leadership honor society, and she holds the position of Senator of the Student Government.
